1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the abc76 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Where an account is closed by abc76 for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via a payment method registered to the account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are not refundable upon account closure in any circumstance.
